GR-109; Asturias Interior route

If you would like to follow a well-marked long distance route, try the GR-109 which spans the whole width of Asturias following the Cordillera Cantábrica. Much of this can be cycled with an off-road bike. The section "Etapa 10" goes from near Pola de Laviana for 18.6 kilometres and meets the start of the Peña Mea route,  look at this government web page and download the maps (Planos).
